Turnkey Living is a rental platform for appliances and furniture, owned and operated by Fitverse Wellfin Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, having its registered office at 32, Chowringhee Road, Om Tower, 7th Floor, U-706, Russel Street, Kolkata, Kolkata – 700071, West Bengal, India ("Turnkey Living", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order or complete KYC, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Delivery address(es) you save to your account
• Government-ID documents uploaded for KYC verification
• Order and payment history (payment itself is processed by Stripe — see below)

Why we collect it

We use this information to verify your identity before dispatching a rented product, deliver and install it at the right address, process payments and refunds, communicate order updates, and provide customer support.

Cookies

Turnkey Living currently uses only essential, first-party session cookies to keep you signed in and remember the contents of your cart. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with: Stripe, to process your payment securely (Turnkey Living does not store your card details); and our delivery personnel, to fulfil and install your order. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Storage & security

Your information is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only. KYC documents are only used for verification and are not shared outside Turnkey Living except where required by law.

Your rights

You can review and update your personal details any time from your account's Profile & Settings page. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at fitversewellfin@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
