Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before delivery

You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched from your Dashboard's Orders tab for a full refund to your original payment method.

Ending a rental early

Once delivered, you can request a return any time — there's no lock-in period. We collect the product back, and your refundable deposit (where applicable) is returned after the product is inspected for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Deposit refunds

A refundable security deposit applies to 1 and 3-month rentals — longer tenures (6 and 12 months) have the deposit automatically waived, so there's nothing to refund on those orders. Where a deposit was collected, it's refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the product being returned, minus any deduction for damage.

Delivery fee

A flat ₹99 delivery fee applies to 1 and 3-month rentals and is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. The delivery fee is waived entirely for 6 and 12-month rentals.
