Rental Agreement — Monthly Payment Plan

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") applies whenever you choose to pay for a rental order in monthly instalments rather than upfront. It supplements, and should be read together with, our general Terms & Conditions. It is entered into between you ("Customer") and Fitverse Wellfin Private Limited, operating as Turnkey Living, registered at 32, Chowringhee Road, Om Tower, 7th Floor, U-706, Russel Street, Kolkata, Kolkata – 700071, West Bengal ("Turnkey Living").

1. Rental period

You select a tenure of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at checkout. The tenure begins on the date the product is delivered and installed, and runs for the selected number of months unless ended earlier under Section 6.

2. Monthly payment

Rent is charged in equal monthly instalments in advance, on the same date each month as your delivery date, for the duration of the selected tenure. The monthly rate is fixed for the tenure you selected and will not increase during that period.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout for 1 and 3-month tenures. It is automatically waived for 6 and 12-month tenures. Where collected, the deposit is held as security against damage beyond normal wear and tear and is refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery, installation & risk

Turnkey Living delivers and installs the product at your registered address, free of charge for 3, 6 and 12-month tenures (a flat ₹99 fee applies to 1-month tenures). Risk of damage to the product passes to you upon delivery, and you agree to take reasonable care of it for the duration of the rental.

5. Ownership & maintenance

The product remains the sole property of Turnkey Living throughout the rental. You do not acquire any ownership interest by renting it. Routine maintenance required due to normal use is covered by Turnkey Living at no extra cost; damage caused by misuse or negligence is your responsibility.

6. Ending the rental

You may request early return at any time from your Dashboard — there is no lock-in period. Monthly billing stops from the date the product is collected back. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how any pending deposit is settled.

7. Late or failed payment

If a monthly instalment fails or is not paid within a reasonable grace period, Turnkey Living may suspend your account, recover the product, and deduct any amount owed from your security deposit (where one was collected).

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
